The compressor FIAC Airblok Variable Speed iPM, 40Hp, 13Bar, MEAE, Base Mounted features a high-efficiency screw pump unit, driven by an oil-cooled permanent magnet motor with efficiency class IE4 Super Premium. The rotational speed is regulated by an Imperium inverter specially developed for the application. This type of drive combines excellent efficiency with an unparalleled modulation capability, allowing the compressor's operation to be adapted to an extremely wide fluctuating air demand.

Components subject to wear are easily accessible, allowing maintenance work to be carried out quickly.

The compressor is cooled by a radial fan, which guarantees a high head, optimum air flow and low noise. The air and oil radiators are made of aluminium, have a high exchange surface area and are separated to minimise thermal shock on components.

The separator assembly is contained in a cast tank, in which the filter is engineered to achieve optimal separation, reducing oil drag and maximising performance. The minimum pressure valve located at the tank outlet prevents potential leaks.

The compressor's control panel is the Air Energy Control 3T model, which not only allows the compressor to be regulated and its status to be checked directly, but also integrates various connectivity options.
