The compressor FIAC Airblok Variable Speed, 30Hp, 150Bar, APE, with Dryer is characterized by a high-efficiency screw pumping unit, driven by belt transmission. This type of transmission is used to facilitate maintenance operations, while maintaining excellent performance.

Variable speed regulation ensures the reduction of energy costs by adjusting the air output, and consequently the absorbed power, to what is actually required by the system.

The compressor is cooled by a radial fan, which guarantees high head, excellent air flow and low noise. The air and oil coolers are made of aluminium, equipped with a large exchange surface.

The oil separation takes place thanks to a 3-stage system, which initially involves centrifugal separation, followed by gravitational separation with reversal of the flow and finally the passage through a coalescence filter.

The compressor control panel is the Energy Control 3T model, which not only allows the compressor to be regulated and its status to be checked directly, but also integrates various connectivity options.
